The company’s main business purpose is to acquire and transfer shareholdings in capital and private companies at home and abroad as well as asset management of own property (fund management).

Our Capital Base: 

The company’s share capital amounts to € 4,000,000. By means of fundraising (closed funds) the capital base for new investments is being continuously expanded. This makes it possible to acquire single investments amounting to tens of millions of euros.
